Lease Signed in the 2534 Development

Creative Touch Interiors (CTI), a subsidiary of HD Supply, has signed a lease for 3,048 s.f. at 4880 Thompson Parkway in the 2534 development for a new showroom.  The showroom will serve as a regional service center for its Northern Colorado home-builder clients and will include flooring, cabinetry, kitchens, etc., and will be open by appointment only.  "The lease signing is great news relative to the improving home-building market and the increased presence of a national supplier of home-building materials in the region," said Nathan Klein of Loveland Commercial, LLC who represented the Landlord in the transaction.  CTI opened the showroom in early 2013.
